Oil enterprises shouldered the mission of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.rnIn 2020,nearly 20 Party members and cadres from Liaohe Oilfield served as residency cadres in Yixian County in Jinzhou,and Xicangtu Village in Fumeng County in Fuxin,Liaoning Province,and carry out rural revitalization in 15 villages in counties such as Dashiqiao,Linghai and Beizhen.

高锰钢辙叉是铁路系统的关键组成部分,常采用铸造方式生产。然而,受到设备和技术水平等因素的限制,铸造过程所产生的缺陷问题常导致高锰钢辙叉报废、寿命短等问题。对利用传统V法造型方式生产的高锰钢辙叉的铸造缺陷进行了分析,发现铸造缺陷主要是由局部缩松以及混入钢液的包底砂、造型砂和脱氧产物所形成的夹杂物引起。提出了提高高锰钢辙叉冶金和铸造质量的相关策略,通过控制冒口数量、分布以及真空负压,采取钢包底吹氮并改进钢包底部结构的工艺方法,显著减少了高锰钢辙叉表层和芯部的铸造缺陷。
为了研究炉缸内焦炭存在性状与炉况运行状态之间关系,采用炉内径向取样技术,通过对不同大型高炉炉缸区域所取焦炭的堆积程度、粒级存在状态、自身成分与结构以及热态性能等进行检测与分析,并统计出此阶段高炉运行指标,回归出炉缸焦炭存在状态与炉况运行指标间关联性规律。分析结果表明,炉缸内焦炭粒度每增加1 mm,约可提升喷煤量4.66 kg/t,降低燃料消耗4.77 kg/t,同时大型高炉要想获得较好的运行效果,死料柱内的渣、铁滞留量还应严格控制在45%以内。这也验证了良好高炉运行状态下,除应选用优质原燃料入炉,用以减轻
