目的检测bcl -2和bax基因蛋白在乳癌中的表达 ,以探讨其在乳癌发生、发展中的作用及其临床病理学意义。方法40例乳癌和 3 1例乳腺良性病变 ,用免疫组化S -P法检测其bcl-2和bax的表达。结果bcl-2基因蛋白在乳癌中心、癌旁、良性病变表达阳性率分别为 72 .5 %( 2 9/ 40 ) ,45 .0 ( 18/ 40 )和 96.8%( 3 0 / 3 1) ( P <0 .0 1) ;按肿瘤细胞分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的bcl -2表达强度分别为 ( 2 .0 8± 0 .2 9) ,( 1.2 3± 0 .2 8)和( 0 .73± 0 .2 3 ) (P <0 .0 1)。bax基因在乳癌中心、癌旁、良性病变中的表达强度分别为 ( 0 .88±0 .13 ) ,( 1.2 0± 0 .10 )和 ( 1.16± 0 .17) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论bcl-2基因蛋白在乳癌中高表达 ,bax基因蛋白则为低表达。说明其细胞凋亡受抑制。bcl-2的高表达可部分反映乳癌的生物学行为和预后良好。
Objective To investigate the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein in breast cancer to explore its role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods: Forty cases of breast cancer and 31 cases of benign breast lesions were examined for the expression of bcl-2 and bax by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive expression rate of bcl-2 gene protein in breast cancer, paraneoplastic, and benign lesions was 72.5% (2 9/40), 45.0 (18/40), and 96.8% (3/3 1), respectively. ) (P <0.01); The bcl-2 expression levels of tumor cell grades I, II, and III were (2. 0 8 ± 0.29), (1.2 3 ± 0.28), and (0.73 ± 0.23) (P <0.01). The expression levels of bax gene in breast cancer, paraneoplastic, and benign lesions were (0.88±0.13), (1.20±0.10), and (1.16±0.17), respectively (P<0.05). ). CONCLUSION The bcl-2 gene protein is highly expressed in breast cancer, while the bax gene protein is lowly expressed. It shows that its apoptosis is inhibited. The high expression of bcl-2 may partly reflect the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer.
