目的探讨有效、方便、快捷的内窥镜消毒方法。方法对临床污染的80条内窥镜分别采用戊二醛浸泡10min或酸化水浸泡3min,对内窥镜表面和镜腔进行消毒效果检测对照。结果2种消毒方法对内窥镜外表面和镜内腔的消毒效果无差异(P>0.05)。结论酸化水消毒时间短、消毒后的内窥镜不用清水冲洗、酸化水对人体和物品无损害、成本低,可推广应用于各种内窥镜的清洁消毒。
Objective To explore an effective, convenient and quick endoscope disinfection method. Methods 80 endoscopes of clinical contamination were respectively treated with glutaraldehyde for 10 minutes or acidified water for 3 minutes, and the endoscope surface and mirror cavity were disinfected. Results There was no difference in disinfection effect between the two methods on the external surface of the endoscope and the endoscope (P> 0.05). Conclusion Acidification water disinfection time is short, disinfection of the endoscope without water rinse, acidification water on the human body and objects without damage, low cost, can be widely used in various endoscopic cleaning and disinfection.
