当前,青海省正站在加速发展的新的历史起点上,处于向科学发展迈进的关键阶段,教育发展面临前所未有的良好机遇,也面对着艰巨的任务和严峻的挑战。随着西部大开发战略进一步的实施,中央支持西部教育的力度不断加大,教育投入继续向西部特别是民族贫困地区倾斜。因此,如何进行学校布局调整决策成为当前及未来必须面对的一个重大问题。据此,笔者针对目前所面临的问题提出了解决当前海南州进行中小学布局调整的相应对策。 At present, Qinghai Province is at a new historical starting point for accelerating development and is at a crucial stage of progress toward scientific development. Education is facing unprecedented opportunities as well as facing arduous tasks and severe challenges. With the further implementation of the strategy for developing the western region, efforts by the central government to support education in the western region have been constantly intensified, and investment in education continues to be tilted toward the impoverished areas in the west, especially in ethnic areas. Therefore, how to make decisions on school layout adjustment has become a major issue that must be faced now and in the future. Accordingly, the author proposes a solution to the current problems faced by Hainan Province to adjust the layout of primary and secondary schools, the corresponding countermeasures.
