近年来,我国机关事业单位人事制度改度初见成效,但仍面临一些突出问题亟待解决。本文中笔者根据自身工作经历,试着从如何完善评价机制的角度来提出解决方案。在机关事业单位人才的选聘、培养、选拔和流动机制建立工作方面来提出建议和实施构想。目的在于通过改进人才评价手段从而构建新常态下的服务型政府。
In recent years, the institutional reform of the organs and public institutions in our country has achieved some initial results. However, some outstanding problems still need to be resolved urgently. In this paper, according to my own work experience, I try to propose a solution from the perspective of how to improve the evaluation mechanism. Make recommendations and implement ideas on the selection, appointment, training, selection and establishment of mobility mechanisms for organs and public institutions. The purpose is to build a service-oriented government under the new normal by improving the means of talent evaluation.
