目的:探讨超声雾化吸入疗法(简称雾化)治疗呼吸系统疾病的方法和疗效,减轻或消除人为因素导致的不适,达到理想的治疗效果。方法:对我院2009—2010年儿科收治的300例患儿的雾化吸收治疗进行分析。结果:300例患儿在抗感染治疗基础上,经雾化吸入治疗后,均达到满意效果,治愈出院。结论:调查分析影响雾化吸入疗法的因素包括有:雾化治疗进行时患儿的体位、配制液的选择、液体的温度、选择的剂量、治疗间隔时间的掌握以及治疗后处理等。
Objective: To investigate the method and effect of ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy (referred to as atomization) in the treatment of respiratory diseases and to reduce or eliminate the discomfort caused by human factors so as to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. Methods: 300 cases of children admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed by atomized absorption therapy. Results: 300 children on the basis of anti-infective treatment, after inhalation therapy, have achieved satisfactory results, cured and discharged. CONCLUSIONS: The factors that influence the nebulization therapy include: the position of the nebulizer, the choice of formulation solution, the temperature of the liquid, the selected dosage, the treatment interval and the post-treatment.
