本文采用国产强酸性阳离子交换树脂,在中型柱上,考察了高酸度(盐酸)下洗提共存干扰元素和洗脱分析元素的情况,从而找到了快速分离富集稀土元素的适宜条件。实验表明,在选定的条件下,分析元素与干扰元素分离完全,洗脱集中,回收良好。方法具有操作简便、快速、节省试剂等优点。各元素的测定精密度分别为4-10%,检出限与文献[1]近似,优于文献[2]。方法可用于0.x-xxx ppm的15个稀土分量的测定,亦可用于稀土矿含量高达0.x%的测定。一级标样的对照分析结果满意,生产效果良好。
In this paper, the domestic strong acid cation exchange resin was used to investigate the conditions of eluting and analyzing elements by eluting with high acidity (hydrochloric acid) on a medium-sized column. Thus, the suitable conditions for rapid separation and enrichment of rare earth elements were found out. Experiments show that, under the selected conditions, the separation of analytical elements and interfering elements is complete, the elution is concentrated, and the recovery is good. The method has the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, reagent saving and the like. The determination precision of each element is 4-10%, and the detection limit is similar to that of [1], which is better than that of literature [2]. The method can be used for the determination of 15 rare earth components in the 0.x-xxx ppm range and for the determination of up to 0.x% rare earth content. A standard sample of the results of a satisfactory control, the production effect is good.
