云南教育学院综合楼桩基工程共有11~14m长桩836根,6~7m短桩140根。按甲方要求用废钢丝绳加工成钢纤维,掺入预制桩头部0.80m范围内,取得了良好的效果,976根桩都打到设计深度,桩头打烂只有3根,破损率为0.3%。而相邻的地理研究所主楼,与教育学院地质情况类似,采用桩型相同,由同一单位制桩,同一单位打桩,采用普通预制桩,桩头打烂44根,破损率为7.3%,而且有几十根桩打不到设计深度,显示了钢纤维桩头的优良性能。
There are 836 long piles of 11~14m long and 140 piles of 6~7m short piles in the pile foundation engineering of the Comprehensive Building of Yunnan Institute of Education. According to Party A’s requirements, the waste steel wire rope was used to process steel fiber into the 0.80m area of the prefabricated pile head. Good results were achieved. 976 piles were hit to the design depth, only three pile heads were broken, and the breakage rate was 0.3. %. The main building of the neighboring Institute of Geography is similar to the geological situation of the Institute of Education. The same type of piles are used. Piles are made of the same unit and piled in the same unit. Common prefabricated piles are used and 44 pile heads are smashed. The damage rate is 7.3%. There are dozens of piles that do not reach the design depth, showing the excellent performance of steel fiber pile heads.
