祝公健(1912~1995),曾用名祝祷,浙江余姚人。中国民主建国会领导人。祝公健毕业于中华职业教育社高级班。早年投身于抗日救亡运动。1938年从延安陕北公学第一期学习结业后,转赴武汉、郑州、洛阳等地,任军委政治部第一战区调查站主任、战地文化处郑州分处主任,开展抗日救亡活动。后转赴重庆。1944年,加人中国民主同盟,任民盟中央青年委员、《青年知识》杂志主编。积极参加“沧白堂”和“校场口”事件的斗争,并在校场口的民众大会上担任副总指挥。抗战胜利后,继续在上海、香港从事民主运动。1949年5月,祝公健赴京出席新中国第一次全国青年代表大会,后至上海市工商联工作。1951年2月加入中国民主建国会。1956年调民建上海市委工作。历任中国民主建国会中央委员会常委、上海市工商界爱国建设公司董事、中华职业教育社业余学校校董等职,是第三、五届全国人大代表,第六届
