今年以来,平湖市总工会针对非公企业数量多、规模小、分布广、农民工居多、流动性大等特点,以及部分企业主随意辞退职工、拖欠工资、劳资关系紧张、利益矛盾时有发生等现象,提出把厂务公开民主管理工作融入和谐创建、融入社会管理、融入企业制度、融入企业文化的“四融合”工作法,拓展了民主管理的新领域。截至目前,平湖市厂务公开民主管理建制率高达95%,其中国有和规模以上企业达100%,走在嘉兴市前列。
