目的 探讨氟尿嘧啶对大鼠小肠结构和吸收功能以及每日饮食量的影响。方法 通过胃管连续2 d给予大鼠氟尿嘧啶125 mg/kg·d, 观察给药后第1天至第7天大鼠每日饮食量的变化,给药前和给药后第8天分别称大鼠体质量,给药后第8天用图象分析仪进行小肠形态学变化分析,用在体实验方法观察小肠对色氨酸吸收能力的变化。结果 给药后第1天至第7天大鼠饮食量均明显低于正常组,尤其是第2天至第4天最为显著,第8天大鼠体质量下降,小肠结构有明显损伤,小肠对色氨酸的吸收明显下降。结论 氟尿嘧啶可导致大鼠食欲明显下降、小肠结构损伤和对色氨酸吸收功能的明显下降。
Objective To investigate the effects of 5-fluorouracil on intestinal structure, absorption and daily diet of rats. Methods Fluorouracil 125 mg / kg · d was administered to the rats through gastric tube for 2 consecutive days. The daily diet intake of rats was observed on the 1st day to the 7th day after administration. Before administration and on the 8th day after administration, The body weight of the rats was measured on the 8th day after the administration by the image analyzer and the morphological changes of the small intestine were observed. The in vivo experiment was conducted to observe the change of the tryptophan absorption capacity of the small intestine. Results The diet of rats in the 1st day to the 7th day after administration was significantly lower than that of the normal group, especially on the 2nd day to the 4th day. On the 8th day, the body weight of the rats decreased, the structure of the small intestine was obviously damaged, Absorption of tryptophan decreased significantly. Conclusions Fluorouracil can cause significant loss of appetite, damage of small intestine and decrease of tryptophan uptake in rats.
