用饱和碘蒸气掺杂双酞菁镥(Pc_2LuH)得到组成为(Pc_2LuH·I_6)的电荷转移复合物。碘掺杂后仍保持原来Pc_2LuH分子的夹心结构,但使沿酞菁环平面方向上彼此分子间靠近。碘未取代酞菁环上的氢;因为酞菁配位基,特别是氮原子向碘转移了电子,形成I_3~-.这样就有了氧化态的共轭分子和还原态的I_3~-分别堆砌成两个有序的分子柱,具备了一维导体的聚集态结构。用夹心池样品得到ρ_(25)℃=1.58×10~2Ω·cm,ΔE=0.1eV。
Doping the bisphthalocyanine (Pc_2LuH) with a saturated iodine vapor gave a charge-transfer complex of (Pc_2LuH · I_6). Iodine doping still retains the original sandwich structure of Pc_2LuH molecules, but the direction of the plane along the phthalocyanine ring molecules close to each other. Iodine is not substituted for the hydrogen on the phthalocyanine ring; since phthalocyanine ligands, especially nitrogen atoms, transfer electrons to iodine to form I_3 ~ -, there is an oxidation state of the conjugated molecules and reduced I_3 ~ Stacked into two ordered molecular columns, with one-dimensional conductor aggregation state structure. Ρ_ (25) ° C = 1.58 × 10 ~ 2Ω · cm and ΔE = 0.1 eV were obtained from the sandwich cell sample.
