基于涵长向的涵顶受力分析

通过对涵洞顶面所受土体荷载的综合研究分析,得到符合涵洞顶面的实际受力情况、适合涵洞结构优化设计的土压力计算理论。首先对涵洞顶面所受土体荷载进行假定,然后对涵洞顶面荷载单元体进行简化分析,运用数学微积分手段进行理论推导,以得到涵洞纵向上涵顶不同位置的土压力计算公式,并且运用BAQUS有限元软件对该理论进行验证。通过对比分析传统的土柱计算理论与有限元模拟,证明此计算理论更加符合涵洞顶面的实际受力情况,运用此理论对涵洞结构尺寸进行优化,可以降低工程造价。 Through the comprehensive study and analysis of soil load on the top of culvert, the actual stress condition in line with the top of culvert is obtained, and the earth pressure calculation theory suitable for optimal design of culvert structure is obtained. First of all, the load on the top of the culvert is assumed. Then, the load cell body at the top of the culvert is simplified, and the theoretical derivation is made by means of mathematical calculus to get the earth pressure calculation formula at different positions along the culvert. The theory is verified by BAQUS finite element software. By comparing traditional soil column calculation theory and finite element simulation, this calculation theory is proved to be more in line with the actual stress on the culvert top. Using this theory to optimize the structure size of the culvert can reduce the construction cost.
