应用三维CT血管造影(3D-CTA)对4例脑膜瘤(上矢状窦旁、大脑镰、鞍结节、三叉神经半月节各1例)进行了检查,并与MRI对照观察。结果显示:4例脑膜瘤在3D-CTA图象上立体结构鲜明,与周围血管、骨结构立体解剖关系显示清楚;MRI仅显示肿瘤的二维结构,需结合数字减影血管造影(DSA)才能判定肿瘤相关血管的来源和走行。结论:3D-CTA能清楚显示脑膜瘤的立体结构和与周围血管、骨结构的立体解剖关系,通过骨切削技术可模拟颅骨开瓣和手术入路。
Four cases of meningioma (1 case of superior sagittal sinus, falx nodules, saddle nodules and trigeminal ganglion) were examined by 3D-CTA and observed with MRI. The results showed that the three-dimensional structure of meningioma was distinct in 3D-CTA images and the three-dimensional anatomical relationship with the surrounding blood vessels and bone structures was clear. MRI showed only the two-dimensional structure of the tumor, which needed to be combined with digital subtraction angiography Determine the source of tumor-related blood vessels and walking. Conclusion: 3D-CTA can clearly show the three-dimensional structure of meningioma and the three-dimensional anatomic relationship with the surrounding blood vessels and bone structure. It can simulate the open skull flap and surgical approach through the bone cutting technique.
