筛选菌株的发酵曲线表明,培养48~96小时为其增殖生长期;菌龄试验表明89小时摇瓶菌种活力优于113和137小时者;发酵罐中试培养中,64小时生物量即达33.7g/ml(鲜重);醪液作为液体菌种,产量及菇形正常,发菌期缩短1/3且现蕾期较早,从醪液中可提取营养浓缩液及粗多糖粉。浓缩液含氨基酸555.38mg/100ml,多糖6.0mg/ml,可溶性固形物≥13%,急性毒性试验证明无毒,重金属含量符合国家标准.
The fermentation curve of the selected strains showed that 48-96 hours of culture was the stage of proliferation and growth. The test of age showed that the viability of 89-hour shake flask was better than that of 113 and 137 hours. In the medium of fermentation tank, the 64-hour biomass reached 33.7g / ml (fresh weight). As a liquid strain, the mash is normal in liquid yield and normal mushroom shape. The germination period is shortened by 1/3 and the budding stage is earlier. Nutritional concentrate and crude polysaccharide powder can be extracted from the mash. Concentrate contains amino acid 555.38mg / 100ml, polysaccharide 6.0mg / ml, soluble solids ≥ 13%, acute toxicity test proved non-toxic, heavy metal content in line with national standards.
