目的分析冠心病合并2型糖尿病的冠脉造影结果,观察冠脉内支架置入的临床疗效。方法比较32例冠心病合并糖尿病患者与75例无糖尿病患者的冠脉造影结果,并比较两组患者冠脉内支架的置入术疗效。结果①两组患者病变支数及部位构成比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②与无糖尿病冠心病比,冠心病合并糖尿病的冠脉病变更复杂、更严重,两组即刻手术成功率高。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉内支架置入术安全有效,能显著降低心脏不良事件发生。
Objective To analyze the coronary angiography results of coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to observe the clinical effect of coronary stent implantation. Methods The coronary angiography results of 32 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus and 75 patients without diabetes were compared and the effect of coronary stent implantation was compared between the two groups. Results ① There was significant difference between the two groups in the number of lesions and the proportion of the parts (P <0.05). ②Compared with non-diabetic coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes was more complicated and serious, High rate. Conclusion Coronary heart disease with coronary stent implantation in patients with diabetes is safe and effective, can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events.
