设计专业是应用型学科,开展校企协同育人能更好地使学生了解市场,实现人才培养目标的升级,从而带动产业的升级。如何提高设计专业校企之间协同育人合作的紧密度,实现真正意义上校企协同育人的无缝对接,实现双方共赢,是当前设计专业校企协同育人的一个关键问题。笔者根据一些实践教学经验,从几个方面探讨了提高设计专业校企之间协同育人紧密度的可操作的几点思路,对促进校企协同育人的紧密合作和实现其良性循环具有一定的参考价值。
The design specialty is an applied discipline. Carrying out the school-enterprise co-education can better enable students to understand the market and achieve the goal of personnel training so as to promote the upgrading of the industry. How to improve the closeness of collaborative education and cooperation between school-enterprise design professionals and realize the seamless connection between school-enterprise associations and educating people in real sense and realize the win-win situation of both parties is a key issue for current design-oriented school-enterprise cooperation. Based on some practical teaching experience, the author discusses some feasible ideas for improving the close co-ordination of students between design schools and enterprises based on some practical teaching experiences, and has some suggestions on how to promote close cooperation and realize the virtuous cycle of school-enterprise cooperation The reference value.
