探讨了应用于旋转机械的在线与离线状态监测及事故记录的多功能和低成本数据采集器的设计。采用高集成度的MAX180/MAX181芯片及单片微处理理器,并设计了专用的采样控制和存储地址生成电路,解决了多功能与低成本间的问题。研究结果表明,该设计有效地减少了元件数量、精简了设计提高了可靠性并降低了成本。
The design of multi-function and low-cost data collector for on-line and off-line status monitoring and accident recording of rotating machinery is discussed. Using highly integrated MAX180 / MAX181 chip and single-chip microprocessor, and designed a dedicated sampling control and memory address generation circuit to solve the problem between multi-function and low cost. The results show that the design effectively reduces the number of components, simplifies the design to improve reliability and reduce costs.
