通过对元至正十五年本《文心雕龙·諧讔》的汇校,对比、辨析异文,并经过考据,梳理出文论观点:“隐”与“讔”:“言”的形式因素对于“讔”具有极端重要性;“内怨为诽”与“内怨为俳”:怨怒心理以诙谐的形式外现;“有足观者”“有定称者”“有足称者”:“意在微讽”之“諧”值得欣赏与肯定;“本体不雅”与“本体不■”:“諧”的主旨与形式的反差矛盾造成流弊;“君子嘲隐”与“君子隐(讔)”:“谬辞诋戏”之“讔”属于与“君子隐(隐)”对立的“小人讔”。
