真空热处理与其他热处理方法相比,具有表面不氧化、不脱碳、表面光洁、力学性能高,热处理变形小,节能以及作业条件好等一系列优点。所以,在国内外的发展很迅速。目前国内在工模具方面,以至在轴承、压缩机伐片,油泵、精密偶件等要求较高的机械产品零件上也已得到了广泛的应用。近年来我们为本市和江浙等省的近百个兄弟单位的工模具和产品零件进行了真空热处理,所涉及的钢种和材料有3Cr_z W_8 V、W_(?)Mo_5、Cr_4 V_2、W_(18) Cr_4 V、CrWMn、GCr15、T10A、50CrV、45Mn_2、2Cr13、3Cr13、QBe_2,及2J23等。均取得明显的技术经济效果,现总结如下。
