1 关于煤炭统计数据 我国是世界最大煤炭生产国和消费国,目前产量和消费量约占世界的30％。由于总量如此巨大,准确的统计十分重要,1％的误差,数量就超过10 Mt。 由于煤炭产、销多头管理、市场混乱、统计体制不健全、计量设施落后以及瞒产、虚报、掺假等多方面的原因,煤炭统计存在很大的问题,很难得到可靠的数据,这给决策和规划带来极为不利的影响。
1 About Coal Statistics China is the largest producer and consumer of coal in the world. At present, the output and consumption account for about 30% of the world’s total.
