Objective To study the effect of different light intensity and light time on the estradiol concentration in immature mice and to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for further study on the relationship between high light intensity and prolonged light exposure and precocious puberty in children. Methods 100 female Kunming mice of 20 days old were randomly divided into 10 groups and divided into 3h light group, 6h light group and 12h light group under 20W illumination, 60W illumination and 100W illumination and set up 1 A control group of 5. Control mice were left in their natural state for 1 week. The changes of estradiol in mice with different light intensity and illumination time were detected by ELISA. The results using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for processing. Results The concentration of estradiol in the mice in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control mice (P <0.05). Under the same light intensity, the experimental groups were smaller The concentration of estradiol in rats gradually increased, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Under the same illumination time, the concentration of estradiol in each experimental group increased gradually with the increase of light intensity, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Under the same light intensity, prolonged exposure to sexual immature mice can promote the body’s secretion of estradiol; while in the same light time, to enhance the sexual immature mice light intensity can also promote its Estradiol secretion in the body. Prompted high-intensity irradiation and long-term light are likely to increase children’s body by the secretion of estradiol and promote sexual precocity in children.
