对于成品机件,大型工件、金屬表面鍍层、貴金屬材料等不能破坏和切割的样品或大截面鋼錠成分偏析的研究,都可以利用迁移試样法进行光譜定量分析。方法之基本点是利用放电时試样物质向对电极的迁移現象,使对电极表面凝附了一层与試样物质濃度有一定关系的氧化物薄膜,如将此种电极再用火花(或电弧)光源激发,有可能繪制定量的工作曲线,从而达到对上述样品进行定量分析的目的。本文总結了用手提式看譜鏡完成大工件样品的迁移手續和有关摄譜工作条件的試驗过程,对迁移电流、迁移时間以及用迁移法所得之工作曲线和原有工作曲线之間的关系等,进行了探討。
