斜轧新工艺生产某些简单零件毛坯,如钢球、滚子等国内外均有先例。但轧制尾杆这类形状复杂(由六个面转体组成)、大尺寸(最大直径100毫米、长度202毫米)、大断面收缩率(83%)及细长比大(4.8)的产品,在国内是没有的,在国外资料检索中也未见到。 为研究该工艺,先后解决了中心疏松、产品扭转、堆积轧制、轧辊曲线设计、特殊导板与轧机的设计、复杂孔型的加工、调整工艺和加热冷却工艺等一系列难题,轧出了完全合格的产品。产品的机械、金相等性能、靶场考核等均满足要求。 斜轧与原平锻机比生产尾杆优点为:1>单机生产效率提高5倍多;2>产品成本下降
