目的了解本地市场上水产品中副溶血性弧菌的带菌状况,为避免由该菌引起的食物中毒提供参考。方法场抽取各类水产品按照GB/T4789.7-2003及食源性疾病监测的相关方法进行检测。结果共检72份样本中,有20份阳性,总阳性率为27.8%。结论水产品中该菌的带菌率极高,对食物中毒的发生存在潜在危险。
Objective To understand the bacteriological status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in the local market and provide a reference for avoiding food poisoning caused by this bacterium. Methods All kinds of aquatic products were extracted according to GB / T4789.7-2003 and foodborne disease surveillance methods. Results Totally 72 out of 72 samples were positive, with a total positive rate of 27.8%. Conclusion The bacteriostasis rate of aquatic products is very high, which is potentially dangerous to the occurrence of food poisoning.
