近几年来,随着稀土磁性材料性能的提高、磁辊和筒式磁选机设计的改进以及机械设计的优化,高场强磁选的技术指标和经济适应性得以提高。更大的单台设备处理能力以及先进的制造技术使设备总成本仅为6年前(1990年)的一半。稀土磁选设备又有许多新的工业应用范围。如硼酸盐矿石尾矿的再处理、颜料的精选、粗粒铁矿和菱镁矿的预选,金精矿的精选以及高纯度石英砂和重矿物精矿的选别。文中介绍了新型磁性材料和磁辊结构的比较试验,对大直径筒式磁选机进行了研究。

In this paper, a comparative test of the new magnetic material and magnetic roller structure is introduced, and the large diameter cylindrical magnetic separator is studied.
