应用中性粒细胞墨汁吞噬功能试验检测34例新生儿感染性疾病和18例新生儿非感染性疾病及20例正常足月产新生儿脐血。结果表明感染组的中性粒细胞吞墨指数(34.529±9.323)及吞墨率(24.035±10.71)均高于非感染组(11.210±4.346、8.401±4.195,P<0.01)和正常对照组(10.252±4.410、8.531±3.201.P<0.01).后两者间无显著差异(P>0.05).因此,简便易行的中性粒细胞吞墨试验可为了解新生儿感染提供一个实验参数。
Neutrophil ink phagocytosis test was used to detect 34 cases of neonatal infectious diseases and 18 cases of neonatal non-infectious diseases and 20 cases of normal full-term neonatal umbilical cord blood. The results showed that the index of neutrophil engorgement in the infected group (34.529 ± 9.323) and the rate of swallowing (24.035 ± 10.71) were higher than those in the non-infected group (11.210 ± 4.346, .401 ± 4.195, P <0.01) and normal control group (10.252 ± 4.410, 8.531 ± 3.201.P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Therefore, simple and convenient neutrophil engulfment test can provide an experimental parameter for understanding neonatal infection.
