研制了一种测量旋转运动的新型压电惯性器件,用这种器件可测量旋转角度和角速度,还可以用其方便地敏感到旋转角度和角速率误差,与记录器及微机联接,能够记录曲线并进行快速富氏变换。这种新的技术不仅能用于测量机器部件如齿轮、皮带、离合器等的传动精度,还适用于测量机床二个运动工件间的相对运动。这种压电惯性传感器有体积小、重量轻、高可靠、使用方便和高的测量精度等优点。
