In order to understand the vitamin intake and nutritional status of pilot pilots during the training period, the author observed the dietary intake of thiamine, riboflavin and ascorbic acid and the excretion of the above three vitamins in urine before and during the pilgrimage of 11 pilots the amount. Results, after entering the three vitamins intake were significantly reduced, including the reduction of riboflavin the most prominent. The nutritional level of thiamine decreased, the nutritional status of riboflavin changed little, and later improved. Neither showed any significant deterioration of nutritional status, which may be related to the decrease of thermal energy consumption due to negative flight in the plateau. Ascorbate nutrition status is basically unchanged.
