为了解三品一条枪(简称三品)外用于宫颈对患者遺传物质的影响,本文观察了三品锥切治疗前后宫颈早期癌及重度间变患者外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率。结果:平均SCE频率(SCEs/cell)治疗前组为7.79±1.23(16例) ;治疗一周组为8.05±1.90(17例,接触三氧化二砷64mg);治疗6周组为7.88±1.68(15例,接触三氧化二砷192~256mg),治愈后随访组为8.72±1.43(15例,曾接触三氧化二砷320~768mg)。四组间SCE频率未见显著差异(P>0.05)。这可能是由于该药在血中浓度低微且无蓄积作用,或许该药于上述浓度下在人体内染毒不能诱发SCE增加。三品是否存在其他的遗传毒性效应尚待继续研究。
In order to understand the effects of three-piece and one-piece guns for cervix on the genetic material of the patients, we observed the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency of peripheral lymphocytes in patients with cervical precancerous lesions and severe dysplasia before and after Mishina conization.
