随着中国经济的飞速发展,人们对自己的生活品质有了更高的追求,人口分布也和以前有很大的改变。目前我国人口呈老龄化的趋势,许许多多以前在职在岗的员工相继完成了自己的工作使命,到了离退休的年龄。面对这许多的离退休人员,国家或者是企业就要建立起相应的管理措施,对离退休人员的管理意义是重大的,充分做好这方面的工作,有利于社会的稳定发展,同时也体现出企业以人为本的经营理念和国家的利民方针。下面就对企业离退休人员的管理问题进行相应的阐述。
