近日,温州市图书馆馆长胡海荣在朋友圈分享的一则消息“燃爆”温州文化圈:中宣部、文化部等七部门印发的《关于深入推进公共文化机构法人治理结构改革的实施方案》,凝结着温州市图书馆法人治理结构改革的创新成果。事实上,这一《实施方案》的大部分内容“脱胎”于温州对公共文化机构法人治理结构改革的探索。近年来,市图书馆在法人治理改革上步子较大,成效初显。
