当今社会发展迅速,旅游业作为一个新兴的朝阳产业,在当前市场经济中所占比重与日俱增,我国在线旅游服务业二十世纪起迅速崛起发展至今,当前的前景广阔,但当下国内的在线旅游业仍有诸多的不完善。各大在线旅游网站虽积极发展出富有中国特色的在线旅游服务方式,却仍不能满足当前消费者对于旅游服务的需求。本文以“携程网”为例主要分析以下几个方面:首先,以携程网的服务模式为重心,分析在线旅游服务网站盈利与服务模式。其次,分析携程网当前服务模式的弊端。最后,预测消费者未来的旅游服务需求,从而以“携程网”为例分析相应的旅游业服务模式革新方式。
Nowadays, the society is developing rapidly. As an emerging rising industry, tourism occupies more and more proportion in the current market economy. The rapid development of online tourism industry in our country since the 20th century up to now has a bright future. However, the current domestic online tourism industry There are still many imperfections. Although major online travel websites have actively developed online travel services rich in Chinese characteristics, they still can not meet the needs of current consumers for travel services. This article takes “Ctrip.com” as an example to mainly analyze the following aspects: First of all, take Ctrip’s service mode as the center of gravity to analyze the online travel service website profitability and service mode. Second, analyze the drawbacks of Ctrip’s current service model. Finally, predict the future needs of consumers in tourism services, so as to “Ctrip ” as an example to analyze the corresponding innovation of tourism service mode.
