本文介绍用铸造法制造抗拉强度超过750MPa的高强度C/Al复合材料。将国产高强度碳纤维经MSC涂层处理后以束状排布于精密铸造模壳内,在4000Pa的真空度和0.75MPa的空气压力下将356合金液浸渗入预热模壳内,凝固后获得C/Al复合材料零件或试样。试样的抗拉强度当纤维体积分数为0.35时达764MPa。论文讨论了纤维束状排布对浸渗过程和材料韧性的有利影响。
This article describes the use of casting method for the manufacture of high tensile C / Al composites with tensile strengths in excess of 750 MPa. The domestic high-strength carbon fiber treated by MSC coating arranged in bundles in a precision casting mold shell, the pressure of 4000Pa vacuum and 0.75MPa air pressure 356 alloy impregnated into the preheating mold shell, obtained after solidification C / Al composite parts or samples. The tensile strength of the sample reaches 764 MPa when the fiber volume fraction is 0.35. The paper discusses the beneficial effects of fiber bundles on impregnation and material toughness.
