一年一度的赛教又拉开了序幕,评课可谓规模空前:领导评了后评委评,教研组长评了后学科组长评,骨干教师评了后自评。轮番轰炸之后,评课者口干舌燥,一脸无奈;赛教者听了一头雾水,不知所措。就这样年复一年,日复一日,教了评,评了教,教学水平不见涨,时间倒浪费不少,领导累坏了嘴,教师跑断了腿。最后弄得教师“谈评课色变”。笔者以为,评价一堂课不必这样剑拔弩张、枯燥无味、无章可循。虽然一堂好课没有绝对的标准,但也有一些基本的要求可循。一、有个性教师有个性,才有教学的艺术。教师的个性有益于创造课堂教学的艺术。个性意识强,个性教学主动性明显,愈能有效地进行和指导教学。同样,个性意识越强烈,教学创
