As requested by the Ministry of Health, Guizhou Province conducted two rounds of intensified immunization activities in the province in 1997/98. The first round of immunization (NID) reported a vaccination rate of 97.16%. The rapid investigation of the province site vaccination rate was 87.54%. In the area, the quick inoculation rates were: 77.03% in Qianxinan, 84.81% in Anshun and 86.25% in Qiannan. In order to grasp the implementation of NID and report the reliability of vaccination rate. Before and after the NID ministries and provincial stations dispatched inspection teams on the southwest of Guizhou, Qiannan, Anshun and other places in some counties and villages conducted two rounds of NID supervision and site inspection and rapid investigation. Inoculation rates were: 77.8% in Anshun, 60% in Qianxinan and 95% in Qiannan. This method is simple, practical, recommended by Japan JICA experts, the first time in Guizhou province only. Inoculation rate of the rapid survey on the spot and report vaccination rate are quite different. Based on the analysis of various survey data, the result shows that the inoculation rate of the quick survey in the field is closer to the practical level. It is a method of checking NID and routine immunization during polio eradication work Work and evaluation report vaccination rate of an auxiliary method. In the future polio eradication efforts, we will help us identify high-risk areas and high-risk populations and formulate effective measures to ensure timely immunization of unaccounted children. Strive for the early realization of the goal of eradicating polio.
