通过室内试验研究发现,在密闭状态下,尾砂中硫含量的高低对胶结充填体的早期与后期强度及稳定性没有明显影响;在暴露状态下,含硫量低至4%的尾砂胶结充填料试块也会出现裂纹,直至全部崩解。指出采用高含硫尾砂充填的矿房和首层充填体,在底柱和矿柱回采时,揭露时间不宜超过50d,否则会氧化破坏。
Through laboratory experiments, it was found that the content of sulfur in the tailings sand had no significant effect on the strength and stability of the early and late cemented filling bodies. In the exposed condition, tailings with a sulfur content as low as 4% Cracks will also appear in the packing material until it is completely disintegrated. It is pointed out that the mining house and the first floor filling body filled with high-sulfur tailings should not be exposed for more than 50 days when the bottom pillar and ore pillar are recovered, otherwise they will be oxidized and destroyed.
