2002年吉林省省直、市(州)党政机关招考公务员和工作人员面试,是采用结构化面试形式,考核应试者六个测评要素,即:综合分析能力、计划协调能力、人际交往的意识与技巧、应变能力、语言表达能力和举止仪表。其中后两个测评要素不设题,考官是通过应试者在回答前四个测评要素问题时,根据其实际表现给应试者打分,前四个测评要素各设一题,是每位应试者实际回答的问题。时间为20分钟。下面就应试者回答的四个测评要素加以解析。 综合分析能力 一、考察要点 1、对事件能从客观方面进行总体考虑。 2、对事件能从微观方面考虑其各个组成成分。 3、能注意整体和部分之间的关系及各部分之间的有机协调组合。 二、试题形式 以对一些社会现象、热点、焦点问题(事件)等等,谈自己的观点、看法和产生原因为题。
