目的：观察长期应用贝那普利治疗高血压病对心肌重量和左室舒张功能的作用。方法：原发性高血压病人 ２５例，服贝那普利 １０～３０ ｍｐ·ｄ－１×１２ ｍｏ。结果：服贝那普利后高血压病人左室质量指数平均减低 ２３ ｇ·ｍ－２± １６ ｇ·ｍ－２，与治疗前相比差别有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）；左室舒张早期峰值流速（ＰＶＥ）增高 ８ ｃｍ·ｓ－１± ６ ｃｍ·ｓ－１，舒张晚期与早期峰值流速比值（Ａ／Ｅ）降低 ０． ３０ ± ０． １４，左室等容舒张时间（ ＩＶＲＴ）缩短 ３０ ｍｓ± ５ ｍｓ，与治疗前相比差别均有非常显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０１）。结论：长期服用贝那普利对逆转左室肥厚，改善舒张功能有显著作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the long-term effect of benazepril in treatment of hypertension on myocardial weight and left ventricular diastolic function. Methods: 25 patients with essential hypertension, taking benazepril 10 ~ 30 mp · d-1 × 12 mo. Results: After taking benazepril, the left ventricular mass index decreased by 23 g · m-2 ± 16 g · m-2 on average, which was significantly different from that before treatment (P <0.01). Left The peak early diastolic velocity (PVE) increased by 8 cm · s-1 ± 6 cm · s-1, and the ratio of late diastolic velocity to early diastolic velocity decreased (A / E). 30 ± 0. 14, left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT) shortened 30 ms ± 5 ms, compared with the pre-treatment difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Long-term benazepril has a significant effect on reversing left ventricular hypertrophy and improving diastolic function.
