目的观察乳腺癌CEUS定量分析参数及增强模式与其分子分型的相关性。方法观察60例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者CEUS增强模式,记录时间-强度曲线参数值,分析其与乳腺癌病理分子分型的关系。结果各型乳腺癌具有不同CEUS表现。管腔上皮型乳腺癌增强后病灶边缘放射状汇聚率增加(P<0.05);HER2过表达型乳腺癌病灶造影剂灌注缺损率增加(P<0.05)。乳腺癌病灶Ki-67表达情况与梯度、上升支斜率呈正相关(r=0.34,0.26,P均<0.05)。结论乳腺癌CEUS定量分析参数值及增强模式与其分子分型有一定联系,可为临床诊断及个性化治疗乳腺癌提供有价值的信息。
Objective To observe the correlation between CEUS quantitative analysis parameters and enhancement mode of breast cancer and its molecular typing. Methods The CEUS enhancement patterns of 60 patients with breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were observed. The parameters of time-intensity curve were recorded, and their relationship with pathological molecular classification of breast cancer was analyzed. The results of various types of breast cancer have different CEUS performance. The increase of the radial convergence rate of the edge of the lesion increased with luminal epithelial breast cancer (P <0.05). The perfusion defect rate of the contrast agent in the HER2 overexpression breast cancer increased (P <0.05). The expression of Ki-67 in breast cancer lesions was positively correlated with the gradient and ascending slope (r = 0.34,0.26, P <0.05). Conclusion CEUS quantitative analysis of breast cancer parameters and enhancement mode and its molecular typing are related to clinical diagnosis and personalized treatment of breast cancer to provide valuable information.
