正火能合理调整工件内部的微观缺陷,细化晶粒,提高综合力学性能,而且正火工艺比较低廉,通常采用正火对8620进行预备处理。鉴于现今対8620合金钢的正火处理存在一些问题,如魏氏组织的存在,大块珠光体组织以及晶粒不均匀等影响产品使用寿命。从常规工艺入手,通过改变等温时间和冷却速度,找出各自影响的结果,寻求优化工艺,从而消除金属工件热处理过程中出现的问题,提高产品质量。
Normalizing can reasonably adjust the micro-defects inside the workpiece, refine the grains and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties, and the normalizing process is relatively low, usually using normalizing 8620 for pre-treatment. In view of today’s 正 8620 alloy steel normalizing treatment there are some problems, such as the existence of Widmanstatten, large pearlite and uneven grain affect product life. Starting from the conventional process, by changing the isothermal time and cooling rate to find out the results of their respective effects, seeking to optimize the process, thus eliminating the metal parts of the heat treatment process problems and improve product quality.
