目的:对胃癌术后患者进行社会调查,总结其规律性。方法:选择2002年5月-2010年2月在某院外科住院并进行手术治疗的136例胃癌患者,接受身心量表和问卷调查。结果:胃癌术后患者SDSS总均分为5.29±1.17分。社会功能差组的存活时间明显少于功能一般患者,但平均年龄显著高于后者(t=2.194～3.065;P<0.01～0.05)。两组患者QLQ-STO22问卷评分比较中,社会功能差组的多数各类分量表得分均明显高于社会功能状态一般患者(t=2.271～3.051;P均<0.01～0.05)。两组患者的SCL-90主要评分指标比较,结果表明社会功能差组的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数和阳性症状均分均明显高于社会功能一般组,同时阴性项目数明显低于后者(t=1.981～3.276;P均<0.05～0.01)。两组患者的其它心身量表评估指标比较中,社会功能差组的SAS标准分均值、SDS标准分均值和匹兹堡睡眠指数总均分均明显高于社会功能一般组,同时Barthel指数和karnofsky评分明显低于后者(t=2.352～3.319;P均<0.05～0.01)。结论:胃癌术后患者伴有明显的社会功能障碍特征,后者可能影响到其存活时间、日常生活能力、身心症状、睡眠和生活质量。
Objective: To conduct a social investigation of postoperative patients with gastric cancer and summarize their regularity. Methods: One hundred and fourty-six patients with gastric cancer hospitalized in our hospital from May 2002 to February 2010 were enrolled in this study. Their body and mind scales and questionnaires were selected. Results: The average SDSS of gastric cancer patients was 5.29 ± 1.17. Poor survival of social function group was significantly less than the general function of patients, but the average age was significantly higher than the latter (t = 2.194 ~ 3.065; P <0.01 ~ 0.05). Two groups of patients QLQ-STO22 questionnaire score comparison, most of the social function poor group subscale scores were significantly higher than the general social function status patients (t = 2.271 ~ 3.051; P <0.01 ~ 0.05). The two groups of patients SCL-90 scores were compared, the results showed that poor social function group SCL-90 total score, total average, positive items and positive symptoms were significantly higher than the average social function group, while the number of negative items Significantly lower than the latter (t = 1.981 ~ 3.276; P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Among the other indexes of psychosomatic assessment in the two groups, the SAS standard scores, SDS standard scores and Pittsburgh sleep index in the poor social function group were significantly higher than those in the general social function group, Barthel index and karnofsky score were significantly higher Lower than the latter (t = 2.352 ~ 3.319; P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusions: Postoperative patients with gastric cancer have obvious social dysfunction characteristics, the latter may affect their survival time, daily living ability, physical and psychological symptoms, sleep and quality of life.
