兴义市政府近期在市区多条道路中间加装了安全隔离栏。然而,位于兴义大道的多处隔离栏,最近频频遭到人为破坏,一些车辆及行人因贪图方便从隔离栏损坏处穿过,存在极大的安全隐患。交警大队采取定点蹲守、流动巡查相结合的方式,由大队领导班子带领民警对隔离屡遭破坏的道路进行24小时不间断监控,并于8月15日凌晨01:50及8月16日11:40抓获两名为图“方便”破坏护栏的嫌疑人。
