在进行粉末静电喷涂工艺试验时,我厂曾遇到两起故障,一是铜焊接件铜焊部位变色发黄,二是铸件局部点、线状无粉末涂层。最后通过反复试验,都获得了圆满解决。先谈铜焊接件的变色发黄故障。这里的铜焊接件是指以铜为焊接材料的钢件组合体。我厂使用的粉末涂料是浙江某厂生产的豆绿色美术型环氧丙烯酸粉末涂料,在发现喷涂该粉末涂料会使铜焊接件铜焊部位变色后,我们很自然地认为这是由于该粉末涂料
