为了实现综采工作面液压系统乳化液浓度、温度、压力、液位和泄漏等的实时监测、报警及乳化液液位等的自动控制,采用BP神经网络对液压系统的工作状态进行智能识别,实现了工作面液压系统压力下降原因的自动判别;采用超声波浓度传感技术实现了乳化液浓度的在线检测;将模糊控制技术和PID控制技术相结合,设计使用乳化液液位模糊PID控制器,实现了乳化液液位的远程控制。
