铸模是铸铁机上的主要易损件。一条60米长的链带就有420只铸模,共约42吨。因此如何提高铸模的寿命,对降低铸铁成本,减轻工人劳动强度和提高生产率都具有重要意义。 铸模的工作条件十分恶劣、骤热、骤冷温度在一百多度到一千多度范围频繁变化,每个铸模在同一瞬间各处的温度分布也不均匀,温度梯度大,铸模的破坏机理属热疲劳破坏。那么,怎样才能延长铸模的使用寿命呢?我认为应做好以下工作。
