目的:探讨鼻内镜下硅胶板联合EC耳脑胶修复爆裂性眼眶内侧壁骨折的疗效。方法:对17例爆裂性眼眶内侧壁骨折患者在鼻内镜直视指引下,开放筛窦,采用表面涂有EC耳脑胶的硅胶板充填、修复眶壁骨折区,行眶骨骨折整复术。结果:经3～12个月随访,17例术后复视消失,眼球运动良好,眼球凹陷改善。填充的硅胶板无移动、无感染及排斥现象。结论:利用表面涂有EC耳脑胶的硅胶板经鼻内镜筛窦径路手术治疗爆裂性眼眶内侧壁骨折操作方便,成功率高,无面部瘢痕,疗效可靠。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic nasopharyngeal combined with EC ear glue in the treatment of popliteal orbital fracture. Methods: Seventeen patients with ruptured orbital wall fracture under nasal endoscopic guidance were opened, the ethmoid sinus was opened and filled with silica gel plate coated with EC ear glue. The orbital fracture area was reconstructed Surgery. Results: After 3 to 12 months follow-up, 17 cases disappeared after diplopia, and the eye movement was good and the eyeball depression was improved. Filled silicone plate no movement, no infection and exclusion. Conclusion: The use of silicone rubber coated with EC ear glue on endoscopic ethmoid sinus surgery has the advantages of convenient operation, high success rate, no facial scarring and reliable curative effect.
