Summarizes the experience of the three Nobel Prize winning Japanese chemists from 2000 to 2002 and their research attitude and their respective award-winning research content and significance, examines the social context in which these epoch-making research were produced - in particular the education and research environment . In order to make epoch-making discoveries and inventions, researchers are required to develop the ability to “accidentally discover” individuals. However, to cultivate qualified personnel requires the development of education that emphasizes individuality. To fully utilize such capabilities, Spirit, time and economy have sufficient conditions. Now Japan has almost lost the educational and research environment it had had in a certain period after World War II and examined the social factors that have lost these environmental conditions.
