农村区域供水已在部分农村地方进行实施,它是目前解决我国农村安全饮水问题最好的方式。在农村区域供水实施过程中应正确对待效益作用,避免因负效益作用而发生关停问题。努力提高农村区域供水正效益,需要同时考虑用水户、政府、供水企业效益,只有三位一体共同努力,在保证供水企业合理经济效益前提下,发挥效益正作用,使得农村区域供水才能正常运行。
