傅湘洲(1928- ),字有恒,祖籍上海。 他自幼酷爱集邮,少年时即投拜在邮学大师钟笑炉先生门下专习国邮传统研究,同时参加新光、甲戌、金竹、无锡四家邮会。16岁开始独立生活,在钟笑炉的扶持下从事邮商职业有年,1956年转业邮电部门,1982年从上海市邮票公司退休。 Fu Xiangzhou (1928 -), the word is constant, native of Shanghai.
